Young Voters Campaign for the YMCA
A huge campaign for me. This was a national initiative to get young people into voting so I was commissioned to brand the initiative and give the movement some art direction.
I opted for a faux-grungy vector feel with grafitti-inspired characterisation. The key visual and motif represents a person's voice going through the machine of politics and making it out the other side stronger than ever. It was designed to emphasise teh positive effect teh campaign could have on getting the views of Britain's youth heard and acted upon.
The campaign for me involved poster design, folder designs, pop-up stands, a website and various other pieces of literature and the feedback from everyone was so goo dthat the YMCA commissioned me for another project. It was great to have another reason to do some crazy illustrations on actual work!
