Cut the Blue Wire

I was commissioned to work up some teaser artwork for the pre-release promtion for (now sadly defunct) edgy pop-indy outfit Cut The Blue Wire from Portsmouth, Hampshire.

The upcoming release was to be called 'Everest'...and that was the brief. So I got creative with the Wacom tablet and popped a lonly Yeti on a mountainside. Simples.

The artwork was incorporated into their myspace layout to coincide with the promotion. Infact I created a whole myspace theme to match the style of the illustration which remained until their next promotional campaign.
